Great clips has improved in it's employee pool quite a bit in just the couple of years I have been getting my hair cut here. I'm always greeted at the door, and always asked if I pre-registered my name online. Upon my turn to get my hair cut, greeted yet again. At that time, they have already looked up my name and found a memo that tells them what I normally get done to my hair. Ask for Sierra. She has a very contagious enthusiasm that is a joy to be around. She does a fantastic job, but more importantly she took her time and payed attention to the small details in order to get my hair right. A lot of times at other locations it felt like they were trying to clear the seat for the next customer as fast as possible. I did NIT get that feeling here.
Very satisfied with my haircut. Everyone is very nice and very professional. This is the only place I get my hair cut. I’m a regular.
