Friendly greeting upon walk in. Young lady who buzzed my mountain man scruffy top did a fantastic job. Real nice. Pretty too. Definitely recommend and will return. Eventually.
This is the 3rd haircut from greatclips that ruin my hair cut. Why is it so hard to cut a good pixie cut. 2 stylists couldn't even get it right yesterday. So disappointed in great clips and the people they hire.
I used online check-in. I checked-in at the location about 20 minutes early. The girl who checked me in that I had a 73 minute wait. My original online wait time was 53 minutes. So, somehow even using online check-in, I lost 50 minutes. The online check-in told me I had 16 minutes, so who knows. I left & they lost a customer.
