Shelby did a great job on my hair. The wait wasn't long at all and everyone was very professional.
Just wanted to let you know, I got the haircut from hell from the Newark location. I had to go to the Heath location and get my haircut even shorter to just align it. Looks like somebody took a bowl and put it on my head and cut around it. She shaved all the way up to the crown of my head And I even gave her a picture to follow. All the people at the Heath location all of the stylist had to come over and see what a crappy job this lady did to me. Update several months later, and I failed the same. Erg. Only one person there that can cut my hair right.
