When I came in to Great Clips in Foley for the first time, I asked Paz for a bob haircut and she did exactly how I wanted it. Paz has been doing my hair ever since. She knows her work and does it well!
I'm so unhappy with my hair I really want to shave it down close to my head! I asked for a layered feathered haircut and I wanted to keep my length. My hair was past my shoulders when I walked in. It is barely shoulder length to put in a pony tail. I didn't get what I asked for. I spent over a year growing my hair so I could get this style. I even had a picture on my phone of how I wanted it to look. Vin did an AWESOME job on my hair!
This Great Clips has decided walk in customers go ahead of those that sign in using their app. I had two walk in customers go ahead of me and I waited almost 30 minutes. I will be using another location moving forward. I decided to come again and the same issue is happening. I had 3 customers that were listed after me go before me and 2 customers that walked in and didn't check in go before me. This is incredibly rude and disrespectful to my time.
Gal paid attention to my instructions. Turned out Great.
