They did my mom's hair too short and they did mine and I look like a rat
These employees just don’t seem to have enough experience to cut hair very well. All three times have ended up with me having to fix the haircut myself.
High turnover with employees. Once you get use to someone they quit or move on. The new hires definitely are out of school and really give horrible haircuts. The senior stylists have their select clientele and are hard pressed to take on new comers.
Online check in doesn't work and my haircut is terrible. Shaved my head on one side. It is so uneven that it looks horrible. The stylist with the pink hair needs to go back to school.
