We had a terrible experience with my daughter’s haircut. We wanted to cut off an inch and a half. The hair stylist, Gretta told me that she was cutting off another inch and a half due to my daughter’s ends being dry, after she had already cut it off. She cut off the side that I was the opposite of so I was unable to see it happen. She did not ask for my permission and did not get my approval. Worst "haircut " ever had. Was there on Saturday. She just kept cutting away. Way more than wanted off. Way longer on one side than the other. There is no rhyme or reason to the layers. Don't even know what to do with it. So upset.☹️
Very good service and amazing crew.
I went in for a regular hair cut and it went very well. Hair stylist was attentive to how I wanted it cut. I will be coming back again some time!
