Went to just get the sides and back cleaned up. Left with an uneven cut and bumps all over because they rushed it.
I didn't ask for much & thats exactly what I got. While waiting, it was great to hear the stylists conversate & laugh while doing their clients hair. But I think my big native self made her think I dont like conversations because there was no conversations or laughter with me 🤔 then I went home and fixed the layers I asked for 🤷♀️ i tipped 90% when I payed because I appreciated getting in after waiting for 2 hrs I WONT be back.
Checked in on the app. Showed up on time. Single stylist working. My estimated time came and went, waited, waited. The app needs to be more accurate, 30 minute discrepancy is ridiculous. A second stylist showed up and did other tasks, never saw them address waiting customers or cutting hair. I understand staffing issues, but this was beyond that from a customer service perspective.
