I signed myself and two of my sons in online. After waiting in store for my turn the staff signed in a friend and took him back a head of everyone. I didn’t like it but figured it wasn’t worth crashing out over. They did a great job on my hair. In and out like a gnat in a dogs butt. Very efficient.
Stopped in , shop was dead and the stylist was finishing someone up , she got done they paid and she started to clean up , I was next but then someone walked in that had checked in online and they just blew me off , guess the hope of the online check is more important than the person sitting there ready for service I'll keep my hair and my $20 lol wasted my time
Kailey has cut my hair a few times now. Today I went in expressing that I wanted to move more toward a modern mullet and didn’t really have the best way to explain exactly how it should look and asked that she use her vision. Needless to say she rocked it and I will continue to ask for her when I return.
