Stopped in , shop was dead and the stylist was finishing someone up , she got done they paid and she started to clean up , I was next but then someone walked in that had checked in online and they just blew me off , guess the hope of the online check is more important than the person sitting there ready for service I'll keep my hair and my $20 lol wasted my time
Kailey has cut my hair a few times now. Today I went in expressing that I wanted to move more toward a modern mullet and didn’t really have the best way to explain exactly how it should look and asked that she use her vision. Needless to say she rocked it and I will continue to ask for her when I return.
I love great Clips, very professional and friendly and keep track of how you like your hair cut.
After giving my number, a soft spoken young lady noted my wife’s name and again I gave my name, she said “Okay” then said you want 4” off and I, who clearly don’t have two inches of hair said “huh?” She repeated herself and I said never mind to which she replied “Okay.” Jeez!
