Taylor is awesome. Very thorough and takes the time to get the cut you want while also making sure it’s going to align with your job, favorite hairstyles, etc. helped me understand how to help my hair better and she also give a mean hair wash:))
Stylists always ask how I want it cut, and always cut the way I ask. Staff are always friendly.
My 9yo daughter was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and wanted to get her hair shampooed, trimmed, and bangs. We were treated rudely from the minute she sat in the chair. First, we were told the salon was short staffed so they were not doing shampoos. How do you refuse to provide a service you charge for? I did not ask for a free shampoo.
