When a person comes in and makes it clear they don’t want the length cut off their kids head and you then agree and confirm it! I said feather and style leave the length and you chop his hair into a bowl cut crap cut! Next time just say youre not able to do the cut instead of butchering it! To add salt to the wounds I heard you guys say I knew it and start laughing after I complained seriously. Now my kids upset I’m upset and his first day of school is ruined I hate you
