10 year frequentee of the Chehalis GC. Saw that the Centralia GC was at a 44 minute wait time on the online check-in. I decided to give it a go since it is closer. I will recap the visit of the Centralia Great Clips as follows: I checked in online for a hair cut, the estimated time was 44 minutes, and i was fifth in line. I fully do not plan on exactly 44 minutes, I anticipate extra wait, reasonably up to 15 minutes, its a salon, hair happens, whatever the case, I don't even believe its 44 minutes, I plan for more. Arrived to get my haircut to a note on the door saying they were closed for the day. This place never seems to be open. Guess thats why hairmasters can charge $35 or whatever for a crappy haircut.
It's great when they have staff at the Centralia location. I know times are tough getting employees so no stars taken off. Still get good cuts here for a good price.
Just shut the place down already. The hours are unsteady, you don't cut hair until closed. This place has had issues for a couple years now.
