They have approachable and accomodating staff. It is easy to book schedule. Nice place and location.
Absolutely the worst hair cut I’ve ever had. And I really don’t even have much hair, was just looking for a fresh clean up. That didn’t happen’ I can’t believe someone who actually cuts hair for a living could do suck a horrible job. The right side of my head is not even or for that matter not even the same length as the left side. I honestly think I could have done it better myself.

Very disappointed with Windfields/simcoe st. N location. Could not check in online as the location doesn't even show on the app. Called ahead but was told need to check in in person. When I went, I was in and out in less than15 mins for a wash and cut. I have long hair so it definitely takes longer than that. The lady didn't even dry my hair after the cut. She seemed like she couldn't care less. After barely drying my hair she said we are done. I was so shocked and disappointed, I paid and walked out without saying anything.... read more
