My first time ever going to Great Clips since moving to the Windfield area. I had Shelly as my stylist, artist, miracle worker, and will never go anywhere else. She communicated with me at the beginning, middle and the end of my styling, and recorded my hair cutting details on the computer for future reference. A+++
Excellent hair cut
I arrived in a positive, friendly mood and was engaging warmly with staff, but the service I received quickly became physically uncomfortable and ultimately distressing. Throughout the haircut, my head was pushed and pulled with excessive force — to the point that the chair was spinning unless I kept my feet firmly on the floor. On multiple occasions, the stylist struck the side of my head with her comb while transitioning from combing to cutting.
