Lady didn’t know what a fade is, cut on level 0 all the way to the top of my hairline. Completely messed up. The lady couldn’t continue the cut she had to call someone else to cut it. Spent 2 hours fixing it. And then they still charged me at the end. I tried explaining what I want in a LOT of detail but the lady did not understand and kept messing it up even while trying to fix it

Well well, having turned up 55 mins earlier than closing time, with the app saying there is a wait-time of 44 minutes, the last thing i expect is to be told no more walk ins. App says only walk-ins can happen and no online check in. So one cannot use the app, and location doesnt want to take any more. customers drive all the way blinded by your unwritten rules. Terrible service
