This place (entire chain) is like a Russian roulette. You can have an occasional great and professional hairdresser (if you are literally lucky), however the majority of times it feels like there is a significant gap in skills, especially with short haircuts for women. If you are a gambler and sometimes enjoy crying after having a haircut, this is a place for you.
