One year ago I went to Great Clips for what I asked to be a trim. My hair was past the middle of my back, and instead it was cut above my shoulders. I was absolutely devastated. I didn't say anything in the salon because I was in shock, but I called when I got home to complain. When I called, I was told, "She's our best hairdresser." I'm sure she may be for some people, but that wasn't my experience. I asked for a trim, not a hack job. They did offer me a complimentary haircut with no expiry date, which I appreciated. Quite literally the worst haircut I have ever gotten. They spent 5 minutes on the cut. The sides were shortened with one run with the clipper without bothering to even the length out. It was so bad that I had to go to another place to fix the cut. Save your money and just go somewhere else the first time..
My husband and son have been coming here for many years to visit Priscilla for haircuts. She does an amazing job, very efficient and accommodating with fitting them in. The friendliest of stylists to spend some time with when in the chair.
Went to get a haircut with Sara, had an amazing experience. If you’re looking for barber level services, ask for Sara. Unbelievable cut and all of my friends have been asking me where to go for their next cut.
Ayeda is a very good hairstylist and I highly recommend her! It is always a pleasant experience at Great Clips!
