Terrible customer service— they lie about prices. Over the phone, the employee told me I wouldn’t have additional costs for a blow dry. When I walk in she tells me it will be an additional price or I could “use the blow dryer and dry it myself”.. HUH? I had also asked over the phone if I needed to schedule an appointment. Just got my haircut by Cindy . Best haircut ever. Highly recommend this hairdresser.
I had a very bad experience today , the lady( Sindhi) there who gave hair cut to my son today, she was so rude and she gave a very bad hair cut totally different as I showed picture to her . I got $17.99 coupon but still she charge $20.33 including tax. I don't know how she calculated. She made total $28 for my son before coupon.
Roya is a very good hairstylist as I had a very nice experience. I was amazed when she got me a new look. I love this new haircut which is good looking.
