Great service . young lady friendly
First and last time going here, didn't like the way my hair turned out and the person cutting my hair didn't listen good enough on how I wanted it cut.
Took 10 min and loved my haircut!
Took my nephew to great clips in Dixon and left so unsatisfied ... I raced to Rochelle to have somebody else fix it with all intent of paying for a second hair cut that day. When I say they hooked my babies head up ... Got him right and then didn't charge me a dime.... I was so very appreciative!!! They guaranteed my satisfaction just because they were the same company!!! Thanks again ladies!
