Its a HORROR story!!!! I tell the lady I want her to follow the form of what my hair already looks like, long in the front and short in the back. So she takes my hair out of the pony tail, and wets it down and combs through it. The way my hair was parted when I walked in (which was parted on the right side) was the way my hair was parted when I left!!!
