I feel compelled to share the extremely disappointing experience I had at your salon on 6/20—something I’ve never encountered at any Great Clips or salon before. When I sat down in the chair, I clearly explained to the stylist, Wrenn, that I didn’t want much taken off—just a light clean-up around the edges and a trim so I could comb my hair without using product.
