Terrible, on a fundamental level. We gave clear instructions as to what we wanted. Even used a haircut from their website as a base and they rushed through it, no layering, uneven, just plain bad service
I was waiting on a friend to get their haircut. An employee/manager (Purple hair and tattoos) , was INCREDIBLY rude to her employees/coworkers. So loudly that the entire store could hear it. She also mentioned “burning the building down.” Incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. Makes for a crappy and awkward experience for the client in the chair and anyone else in the store.
Ginger is the best! Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! She was so friendly and bubbly it was a pleasant experience!
Stylist skipped people that had been waiting for someone that wasn’t even checked in. 2 days in a row. Not going back.
