I’ve used this location in the past (December I think) and the girl just trimmed my daughter’s bangs because they were in her face and we couldn’t get in to our regular stylist. Well this past week our stylist canceled and my seven year old had her heart set on a hair cut so I brought her to Great Clips. The lady that cut her hair was really nice and talked to my daughter about things she was interested in. Unfortunately though, she botched my girls hair. I've had bad experiences with Great Clips in the past. I have not had any issues with this location. Jess goes above and beyond on my cuts 10/10 every time
