I have had the same stylist the past two time and she does an excellent job. Hair cut and a beard clip. Takes the time to give just what you want. Will continue going to great clips in Grayslake, IL.

I had taken my middle schooler here a few times and it was ok. Today it was terrible. The cut was uneven and choppy and much shorter than he asked for. I paid for it before really looking at his hair, which was a mistake, because they couldn’t refund me. The woman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic and offered to fix it herself, but he didnt trust her and I don’t blame him. I took him elsewhere to get it fixed.
