They were great. Didn't have to wait long.
Usually I get a very nice haircut at this place. Not yesterday. Went to Cassy. Received the worst haircut ever. My hair is long, thick and usually they put it up and cut it in sections. Not yesterday, she just cut straight across, took her less than 10 minutes. Will not go back to her. Terrible. Plus she hardly said one word to me. Was awkward. I tipped her my usual but she didn't deserve it.
Zero stars. I went here today 7-18-26 and it was 5:40 and they said they had two customers and that they couldn’t take me. Very disappointed I only came at that time because I had to work late. However seems they don’t want to work. I’ve been coming here for years. Not anymore. I pass two haircut businesses on the way. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m just one person but hopefully I can let everyone know how they don’t want to work. Corporate should know about lazy people. Sincerely yours, Disappointed customer.
