I come here all the time, but I got my hair cut Friday by the woman with the faded blue hair and she completely hacked my hair up... BAD! I didn't realize until I got home that she left long hairs all over the back of my head after cutting it with the #4 guard. I went on a Tuesday i didn't really realize how crooked my hair was cut until the next day I went back and they fixed no questions asked they were awesome was very happy with their response been going there for many years first time I had a bad haircut but they fixed it
