Hi, I got a haircut at your store in Grand Rapids, MN on Saturday, Jan 31 2026 and it was the best haircut I've had in probably 30 years. I'm older, and don't know much about cutting hair. I told the lady cutting my hair that I simply wanted it cut mid-ear and she did the rest . I asked for her recommendation and told her to "go for it." My hair has been cut so well that I really don't even need to comb it, it just goes where it should and looks cool. Thank you so much! I live in MN.
I stopped in last minute. My first time here., and my hair was pretty rough looking. The haircut was fantastic and I had a significantly less than estimated wait.
I usually go to get my haircuts on the weekends but today I went in on a Friday and it was a different lady than usual, lady had an attitude from the start and didn’t get one thing right she also left my hair uneven I often come here and the service is great but this time around it was different because of this certain lady honestly she needs some people skills and needs to learn how to talk to people, never got such a terrible service from great clips truly disappointed in the results I got.
Made appt online. Got right in. Great haircut and only took 25 minutes.
Katie does an incredible job with my son’s haircut! We drive an hour away just for her.
