I've been going to Hope at great clips since before Covid. She always cuts it the way I ask.
My stylist seemed great at first. I told her what I wanted as another had done my hair previously and it wasn't quite right. I asked her to fix it. She seemed like she was listening. I kept touching my hair as I was nervous and trying to see the progress as she was cutting it. She then kept telling me not to touch it as she still had to correct parts of it.
