The app is easy to use and it allows you to get in and out relatively fast.
Was just a really disappointing experience. The stylist didn’t follow my instructions and acted like it was an Indy 400 pit stop rather than a proper haircut. It looks like I attempted my own haircut in the dark. No attention detail and places I had to trim or finish off. Consider going to a proper barber rather than this butcher shop, I’m certainly never going back.
First time here. Hope was great for me and my four year old son. She was very friendly and personable, great with children, and gave us both great haircuts. Thank you.
