They are under staffed. Was the 2nd customer there after the doors opened. After the 5th customer came in people were being told it would be a 1 1/2 hr wait. Probably losing a lot of customers.

I had Sydney cut my hair today. She complained to her coworkers several times about having to come in on her day off, so that was getting annoying. I think that attitude reflected the haircut I received, because I was not very satisfied. For some reason I had a difficult time explaining what I wanted in a way that she understood. I was hoping for the same haircut I always get at other places, and I've never had a problem explaining what I want at any other place. I will support Ashni Jaan in her review. She is of quality taste and fair judgement and I respect her opinions enough to support them, even if I have yet to experience for my self. Her son's haircut looks superb, so I agree with her assessment.
