Horrible!! Just disappointed!! Cindy cut my hair this afternoon and I cannot stop crying. I have naturally curly hair and she went up and down how experienced she was cutting people with curly hair. She understood I ONLY wanted a trim and she gave me this disgusting choppy look. I really hope no one goes to her ever again or any where else if she loses her job for this!! UNACCEPTABLE!! I want my money back!!
