Barbara Summey ,,3-4-2011, I have trouble with neck, stylist can you not put your head down further, neck hurt all night, should have cut it more, I know the next time what a 1/2 inch is..she was very slow compare to the other stylist..also..there were several handicap people, one older man that could barley walk, and one wheel chair person, no matter what is going on those people should have been put in the 1st of line... come great clips, lets help our old genearation out... thank you
