Instructions were not only clear but confirmed by the employee throughout my time sitting at the chair. Imagine Two-Face from Batman but without the cool funky greenish comb-over. When asked to "blend the right side a bit more," for what I asked was a fade and without doing so would defeat the purpose, she runs the clippers past the initial fade point and ruin the blend completely.
