Jocelyn is a great Barber and very nice lady

Jocelyn was great!! Not only did she give me a great haircut she was very personable and nice.
Scheduled a haircut online and was quoted a 40-minute wait. I arrived 20 minutes early, checked in properly, and watched the lineup. The person before me got taken, which made sense—but then they skipped me completely and took my uncle (who was after me). To make it worse, another barber became available and took a walk-in who was added after both of us. What’s the point of making an appointment if the order isn’t respected? Really disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back.
