Place is awesome. No waiting for meds like other clinics. They get you in and out and don't hassle you over inconsequential BS. Love this place!
Didn't even get a chance to experience the benefits of this place because they make signing up such a giant hassle. Can only do intakes 3 days out of the week, and intakes have to be there at like 5am, but THIS TIME they denied me treatment because I'm not willing to put my tiny, trained medical service dog in a dirty metal cage out front of the clinic for "UP TO 4 HOURS" at 5am when it's FREEZING outside.. The biggest advantage here is the wait times. Compared to any other clinic, it's lightning fast. I go to the mobile unit and I'm usually in and out in less than five minutes. It really gives you your life back compared to waiting hours at some other clinics. The staff are great too. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a clinic. It's not without some issues, but it's a cut above the rest for certain.
Soooo…. The staff. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The providers? COMPLETELY POWER HUNGRY AND OUT OF TOUCH WITH REALITY, which is to be expected in this situation. I mean, providers at these places NEVER have their fingers on the pulse of their patients but this place exceptionally worse in that aspect.
