The staff at KVC truly doesn't get enough credit for all that they do.
Unfortunately since Great Circle merge with KVC this has been one of the worst experience my family has had. Extremely high turnover and case managers tons of lost paperwork delays in process. Prayerfully, it will get better in the future.
