I have rented across multiple states, and this leasing office is, by far, the worst I’ve encountered. At the beginning of our lease, it took over a year for them to fix a bedroom window that was detached from the sash bed. The unit was also riddled with construction holes, which led to a recurring mouse problem. After we reported it, they sent an exterminator who simply placed rat poison in the holes and left. Don’t rent from this company! No attempts to fix basic necessities at their buildings. Have been told security deposit will be returned and it has been 2 months now.

Don’t rent from them. Still haven’t received my security deposit and it is going on 7 weeks now….
