I had two jobs with GCR&S. Replace a roof and gutters. 1.)Roofing side of the business communicated timelines and kept me informed of next steps, happy with the job they did. I had an awful experience with this roofing company. Their customer service is terrible, and their workmanship is even worse. From the start, they were unorganized — constantly changing schedules, not showing up on time, and giving me excuses instead of solutions. When they finally did show up, the job was rushed and sloppy. The roof still leaks, and when I tried to contact them to fix it, they ignored my calls and messages.
