Nguyen Pham supervised the work to upgrade our attic insulation. He was timely and very good in keeping us informed as to what he was doing and why. Very friendly approach to client. And very conscious of cleaning up after the work was done.
Hail Damage Insurance Claim - July 2025 This company was recommended by my insurance provider, but the experience has been very poor. Main problems: -Roof caps installed unevenly; shingles already cracked and lifting, leaving underlayment exposed. -Siding blew off in light wind; now my window leaks during heavy rain (never happened before). -Eaves troughs were hung too low with leaking joints; plywood visible. -Nails left all over the roof with no cleanup. -Bin left on site weeks before and after work. -Inexperienced crew (t... read more
Stay Away from this company, Going through Aviva with the hail claim , took them almost a year to fix siding, windows. i had to call and get an update regarding the repairs. every time i would call they will tell me measurements were not correct for windows. They had to send people 3 times before they could order the windows and guess what when measurements were being taken we notify them abt the privacy window and still got the clear window. Stay away period.
DO NOT HIRE GCR. They focus on insurance work and do not care about private customers. They have taken over 6 months to complete 2 weeks worth of work and are not yet done. Management will not respond to client concerns or repair deficiencies. They hire substandard subcontractors that do not respect your home, drink alcohol on the job site and do not follow safety protocols. Hiring this company was the worst decision I’ve ever made.
