We are a longtime customer here. Today we have to say it was outstanding service. Shout out to Tyson Khan, an employee who went above and beyond for us. He solved a problem that we had and immediately came to our home to solve it. He was very courteous, professional and made us feel important and heard. We haven’t seen that type of service ever. Had a great experience at this location. About 2 months ago I was told from the guys at Mr. Lube on Essa that my rear differential fluid was low and they tried to scare me into getting it changed with them. I decided to hold off as my car was not even 3 years old. Then I started hearing a noise and was worried that it was because of what the guys at Mr. Lube told me, so I went to Great Canadian Oil Change on Mapleview and expressed my concern.
