Very unprofessional customer service! I had a coupon from their official website , I got that location as closest to use this coupon. I Called to confirm I can come without an appointment, so I did , there was a representative that approached me and direct me to gate 3, I showed him the coupon ,he confirmed it and told me to wait at the gate . I came here for an oil change and the customer service representative attempted to scam me by showing me "my" air filter claiming it was dirty and needed to be changed. After I told him I didn't need the service, he proceeded to throw that air filter in the garbage which made me realize obviously it wasn't mine and he tried to scam me into a service I did not need. Will never be coming back and I'd advise everyone to steer clear.
