Worst experience ever went for single tire change waited 48minutes in the bay Before putting the car in bay charges was 14.99 and then after putting the car in bay they said it is 25.99 I insisted before and after price they agreed on initial price but doing the delay deliberately for changing the single tire Talked with there technicians they are not fully qualified how to lift a car on jack and then spoke with manager saying he is following the instructions. I would like to give a huge shout out to CJ at great canadian! after being sent away from 2 other shops due to having a European car and no one being able to find the transmission dipstick, today I decided to head into GCOC and they made sure to take time to find what was needed to make sure I recieved exactly what I needed. Very friendly and professional work and I received everything I needed and they didn't try pushing things on me that I didn't need......this is a great place to get your oil change and other related items and tire rotation all in a timely manner.....I won't go anywhere else......and they have quite a few locations to get an oil change when you find you need one at the last minute.....I am one happy customer.
