I went for oil change on 18 march around 2.00 pm nd theysaid they dont have better engine oil for 60$ then i asked for 85$ engine oil they said they r empty on that and they were offering me 104$ engine oil to me and i asked them its happening from last 5 times sometimes they dont have windshield wiper fluid sometimes they dont have engine oil and they dont even offer any discount its just wastage of time and worst service experience and wont suggest anyone to go there nd the people out here r so rude and ignorant. Usually people exaggerate when saying this, but I have never had a worse experience or given more god awful service in my life. Usually I do my oil myself but was feeling lazy and went here. They tightened my oil plug so hard it sheared the bolt. So after finding that out I drive back and make them loosen it, which took quite a bit of effort. Then, I ask three times. Waited for almost an hour to get my oil change just to find out that they didn’t have the oil that my car takes synthetic and the time before that they didn’t have the filters I needed for my van.
I came to this shop for the first time. They filled my tires checked and filled my windshield wiper fluid, and actually found an issue with a hose not being attached properly (missing) and let me know so I could get it fixed! Very nice staff and fast service with a good atmosphere! Keep up the good work lads !
