This is my third time getting my oil changed here. They always send me coupons for money off my next oil change so that's a great incentive. The manager Suli is a super nice guy and answers all my questions. He told me they don't work in commission so there is no need to pressure the customer to add on all kinds of extra things. The guys who work there are always polite and friendly. I love going there and highly recommend it if you want honesty and great customer service
Overpriced.
I always go to Great Canadian Oil Change for oil change, filter replacement, transmission oil change. Last time, I had a bad experience I did oil change and tire rotation. They did tire rotation without informing that the tires are almost worn out and needs replacement. Without mentioning they just did thst. If they mentioned that then I could have replaced the tires and save the money for tire rotation. It feels like they just care for money whether it is required for the customer.
