Fabulous service, very knowledgeable and didn’t oversell the extras, explained what each extra was and it was my choice no pressure sales. Overall great experience!
They lied to me twice about windshield washer top up. I asked if they could fill it up because I was empty. They said they did. I went next door to get gas and the notification for wiper fluid came on again so I went back. They said that’s “weird” because he already topped it up. He then put an open container of washer fluid in and by the next day my notification was back on again.. so I went to the gas station bought a jug and it took the whole thing. I didn’t appreciate the lying and I won’t be back.
I was very impressed with the customer service I received while getting my vehicle serviced!! Very knowledgeable & friendly staff that made it a very pleasant experience.
Fantastic experience. In and out very quickly. The tech was very personable and didn’t try to force a bunch of upsells. Really appreciated the great service.
