Had a great experience. Steve was very helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the service. He noticed that my oil was running low and identified an oil leak, showing me exactly where it was coming from. I really appreciated the clear communication and advice, especially since my car is older and something I need to keep an eye on. Excellent service and honesty.
I visited Great Canadian Oil Change today for the first time and had a fantastic experience! Rovin and Mike were incredibly helpful, providing excellent service from start to finish. The service was quick and convenient. Will definitely be back for my next oil change.
I came to get my car checked and tires serviced before heading to Montreal. The service was excellent, and thanks to Abdullah for being professional and explaining everything clearly. This will definitely be my go-to shop for car maintenance. Highly recommend !
NOT RECOMMENDED . I came here for an oil change a few days ago, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On the receipt, it says that my air filter was checked. When I later opened the hood, I realized there was no air filter at all. I went back to the shop to ask if it was accidentally removed during the check, but after reviewing their footage, they admitted the technician didn’t even open the air filter lid. Today I had an emergency where my wiper blades flew off in the middle of driving, while it poured rain. Luckily, I was close to the Sheppard and Wilson Heights GCOC location. I took a chance to see if they could replace my wiper blades and luckily, they had some that worked for my car. When replacing them, they realized the mechanism was also broken and, even though they do not usually do this, they decided to try to fix my car.
