Service was great, answered all my questions
The oil change service itself was great. However, I later received an unexpected survey call regarding my experience. I informed the caller that it was not a good time as I was busy, but they continued to insist that it would only take a moment. I eventually had to hang up. Due to the unexpected corporate call and the lack of respect for my time and privacy, I will not be supporting this brand going forward. I would also advise others to beware and avoid sharing any personal information with this company.
I have had my oil changed many times at Great Canadian Oil Change locations, but this was my first time at this one. Unfortunately, the man who handled the payment and asked for my information was very rude and impatient. On the other hand, the lady who did the oil change was patient and kind. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back to this location.
The staff were excellent.
