I am a regular there and had a little minor emergency. I was in the area so I dropped in to ask them about it. They got me in, fixed it up and didn't even charge me! (It was minor, but could have turned bad if I left it too long.) I was in and out in 10 minutes! Thanks, guys for the quick and easy, but needed, fix!
I experienced a new level of customer service today and was extremely impressed by JC. I have a 2024 Kia Seltos and every time I have been to this location they recommend I change the cabin filter but they never have my part because of how new my car is. JC said I will drive to our parts supplier for this part for you. It was incredible to see him provide such an incredible level of customer service. I will continue to come back as long as JC is there.
I asked the attendants to check both my oil and transmission fluid color and levels. Both were in need of a change by color and kms since last changes. Sukhpreet and Pollo were kind, explained why the service was needed and checked all my lights and tire pressures. I highly recommend the Crowfoot Way location for their great service and staff.

GCOC - Crowfoot NW outlet. Convinient & quick oil change, you do pay a little bit more for the convince but nothing major. Good thing is that they use quality valvoline oils and filters. Staff was polite and friendly as well. Recommended me correct services for the mileage and model of my vehicle. No pressure up sells tactics either, they just tell you what's recommended and its up to you to opt for it or not.
