I do not recommend this business. I took my car in for an oil change. After I drove away there was smoke coming from under the hood. They had spilled oil down the side of the motor and the oil cap was loose. Sent in a negative review. They responded to get in touch with them so they could follow up, which i did. They never followed up with me which doesn't say much for their customer service or quality control.
Very poor service. Wait for too long in the line every time…
We had such a great experience at Great Canadian Oil Change! They did an amazing job on our oil change and the service was incredibly fast. The whole team was super friendly, welcoming, and made everything really easy. It’s so nice to find a place that’s both efficient and genuinely kind to their customers We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable service!
Kaden was fantastic. Great professionalism! Took his time to make sure everything was done right! Regardless of the ribbing his team mates were giving him.
They greeted when I was parked outside waiting for my turn. The crew is great. They don’t upsell. Only will give recommendations without persistence so i liked their approach. Quick and easy without any hassle. I was in for a transmission oil change today and I believe it was Andre who work on my vehicle. Very nice guy and professional. This was my second visit. I did an oil change a few weeks ago. Highly recommended. By the this is the Macleod Trail location.
