The guy doing my oil change "checked" my rear lights, told me they were good. I then told him I thought the back left wasn't working. He then looked again and said "oh ya, both of them aren't working." I left the next day on an 8 hour road trip. While stopping for gas I noticed something hanging from the front of my car, it was the oil pan that had only been partially re-attached. I then had to go to a location in Medicine Hat and have them fix it (they were excellent at that location), before continuing on with my trip. The... read more
Great techs, don't try and push you with the upsell. They offer what you may need but aren't pushy. I will be back.
They always get you in quick and do a very thorough and efficient job. Fair prices, really great service manager where you can tell hr has decades of experience! Go here and see for yourself why I never go anywhere else.
I'm here inside my car. I know the service is good but I arrived today and the people guiding me to park my car inside the shop yelled at me like if I was about to crash something (which was not the case). I guess maybe they wanted to make fun of a woman today or to release their own stress? The guy parked on my side looked at me and only shaked his head agreeing with me that they were not behaving ok.
