No pressure tactics, very transparent about pricing. I always come here for the excellent customer service, and they are fast too!
machines now ask you for the tip and the employee handing me the machine asking me for options, since when is tip demanded ? and this tipping culture is getting out of control , we are paying more than enough for an oil change and the markup on filters etc is huge, so why the tip demand ? pay your employees well, and when I dont tip I get the stinky eye. This is getting out of control !!!! and the guilt tripping and mean looks is how you lose customers, so what now I have to tip to get a smile, people should do their job.
They told me my oil actually still looked really clean and that I should wait until after an upcoming trip. The honesty was greatly appreciated. Liam and Sam C are gems!
