Thank you too Sam and Liam, the sales did not feel pushed what’s so ever! And the communication between them was excellent. It was fast and efficient, will definitely be coming back.
I drove in and saw that there were 3 cars waiting, 1 in 1 line and 2 in the other. Just as I'm pulling in, 1 car changes to the other line. So I go in the other 1 and there are now 2 of us in the front of each line. I wait for about 20 minutes and the car in front of me is completed and I'm ready to get my oil change. The guy comes out and says that the other car beside me has been waiting a long time and that they'll go first. I guess that they don't understand that switching lines back and forth is not the best way to buil... read more
