Very Unsafe Experience, Never Again This was my last visit to this place. I am extremely disappointed and honestly scared after dealing with them. On my first visit, they did not close the underbody plate properly after the oil change. While I was driving on the highway, the plate came down and I almost had an accident. I had to visit another mechanic and paid $75 to fix it. That mechanic clearly told me that the oil change shop did not tighten the plate properly and some screws were missing.
