Cam was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Our winter tires were a bit of a struggle to get off, but him and the team, took their time, stayed late, and was genuinely happy to help just to make sure the job was done right. We really appreciated his dedication and positive attitude. Thanks to his awesome service (& the rest of the team), we’ll definitely be returning!
Only suctioned out 2.5L of oil and put in 4.2L. Car isn't burning or leaking any so it was way over the line. I told the guy that it was over and he said I was wrong and that it was fine. Went home and drained out over a litre before it hit the top of the dipstick. Guy working didn't seem to care. Went to the one in Westlock to get my next change only a few hundred kms later because it was a mix of old oil, they showed me that the oil filter threading on the block was cross threaded. Not impressed.
