The techs here are salespeople and not real mechanics. If you like being harassed and lied to for the entire period your oil change is being done, then make sure to come here. They shorted me on oil. Showed me a dipstick that's halfway to the fill line and tried to convince me that they use manufacturers guidelines to fill the engine. But due to my concerns they "topped it up". Nothing great about it, other than the franchise name. Just isn’t what it used to be. Negligent and distracted is the best way I could explain the experience. If you want untrained and unprofessional people working on your vehicle, bring your car here. Management doesn’t care for your opinion or requests. Save your money and go elsewhere.
My wife went there on her own and they treated her very well and professionally. She asked them to drive her car in to the hoist and they did. She was impressed that they had so many official checks done and then backed up by another person. They even checked And fixed her tire pressure. She will definitely be going back.
Your incorrect odometer reading (next oil change: 175,000 km) forced me to waste 5 hours and pay $179+ for engine diagnostics after oil-related damage. This is unacceptable negligence.
