Generally quick and competent service. Make sure to download the coupon from their website. I loved that today there were different lines for oil changes and tire changes .. much better than the chaos at Mr Lube.
I just went there and they didn’t reattach the plastic under tray properly. It’s Sunday, the moulding has dropped and I am stuck without options. Very poor.
Bunch of ignorant employees at this location, ask a simple question they get ignorant. I’ll stick to Mr Lube outstanding service every time.
Well, well, well ... what an experience! Customer services was absolutely out of this world. It was Sunday and time was 3:45pm ... 15 minutes to closing time. So, my car had a flat tire while at Stittsville library. I was able to inflate the tire with an air compressor i keep in the back of my car. The car got me home, but I was hesitant to do any errands with it. I called GCOC and explained my dilemma and asked if I got my car to them will they see to my flat as it was close to the closing time - its is now 3:45pm ... there... read more
