Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Jackson explained everything he was doing. Also explained what needed to be done by my mechanic next time I saw them. Usually when I go get an oil change (in the city), people try to upsell things/tell me things that dont necessarily need to be done. As a female, this is very frustrating & exhausting. Jackson understood I had limited funds & didn't try to push sales (which rarely happens these days). Will be going back.

As soon as I left my oil change my engine light came on (?!) The team re-did my oil change ( no charge ) and spent half an hour trouble shooting the problem ( not the fault of GCOC) they called ahead to a reputable garage that got me looked at immediately and sorted. Y’all have our loyalty now!
