Fast and reliable work. Jerry was very informative and helpful! Definitely a 5 star experience. I’ve been to this location many times and have yet find a reason not too. Exceptional customer service.
My wife's Tesla had a low pressure warning. I called the Great Canadian Oil Change to see if they'd fill the tire up. Mark, the manager said he'd be happy to do it for free! Well, the warning actually turned out to be a flat. The assistant manager, Kaiden, came to my location and filled my tire with a portable, electronic pump! I was then able to take the car to a tire shop (Abby Tires. They're amazing too!). If they provide this level of professional service and kindness to a stranger whom they didn't charge a dime, imagine... read more
