My friends took their dog to this clinic and they did not have the dogs meds ready in the box. The dog needed the meds cause he is in pain worst customer service ever find a vet that cares for animals not these people
RecommendedToday we had to put my sweet Leena to rest after a brief battle with an inoperable tumor. Dr Holbrook and Dr Bizier and the entire staff helped to ease Leena’s pain and help her to cross the rainbow bright surrounded with love and compassion. I can’t thank you all enough for all you did for her.
They always do a great job and take the time to explain everything. My dogs decided to tangle with a porcupine, and thankfully Great Brook and their excellent staff got them fixed up and doing great - Thank You!

My dog was hit by a car last week. We called great brook because they were local. She was definitely critical so we asked then if we could bring her in to stabilize . We understood moving her was a given eventually. We were told because it was 45 mins to close that we would not be seen . For a small town vet you should be ashamed that you turned a dog away that had very little time on her side.
Doctor Holbrook has been the vet Er have gone to for as long as I can remember. He is always to patient and understanding with both our dogs and cats. One time we brought our feisty Siamese mix out back for a urine sample (we all knew it wasn’t going to be easy since she was in a nasty mood) he came back with scratches up his arm. Totally not upset at her and still very patient. He has been with my family through so many tough decisions over the last 20+ years. I recommend him to everyone.
They were so amazing with our Fenway! Friendly staff and great Doctors.
Today I brought our cat into Great Brook for an ingrown claw, I was surprised at how quickly they got him in and very happy with how efficient and thorough the vet was with his care. He's old and grumpy yet didn't fight her off as I expected. Thank you Great Brook Animal Care for your help.
