they do not care for their patients properly. I have had to beg and plead to have information about my mom, even though I am her DPOA. This included when she got transferred to Salina For an G.l. bleed. When she got transferred to the ER for an infection in her face. Any time l've gone in there My mom Reeked, she had a bunch of new sores. She hit her call button and it took 30 minutes to get any sort of staff in there even though when I went out in the hallway, they were all sitting at the desk on their phones. The ranch house is a great place, the staff are very helpfull and kind. I would reconmend this place to everyone. It feels like home.
