Great Bay is excellent at what they do, friendly, helpful, flexible and thorough in all aspects of care. Alisha is a joy to speak with and Dr. Jim is straightforward and compassionate when giving us our options. I recommend this facility with no reservations. They are outstanding.
All the vets are caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my four dogs anywhere else.
We just had an utterly terrible experience with Great Bay Animal hospital. They saw our 1 year old mixed breed fearful dog as an aggressive pit bull and made us put a muzzle on him for shots and a blood draw. When I asked them to complete the physical (checking eyes, ears, heart, throat) they point blank lied to my face and said they did it when he was in the back, before they came up front with me and were administering the shots. I was able to make an appointment the day before. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Waiting time was not long and was not stressful for my dogs. The vet came in to talk to us about what was wrong and the options. Very friendly. I left feeling my dog's issue had been addressed and I am happy.
