Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great place to go for your eye care. Highly recommend!
We have had three experiences of being given the wrong prescription by Dr. Cope. We have paid for glasses and could not see out of them. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The staff says that the prescription is whatever we told the doctor we could see during the exam and not anything to do with them. I have had to have new eye exams done by different optometrists to be able to get glasses we can see out of.
